C-25 Reservoir and Stormwater Treatment Area – Intermediate Design

The C-25 Reservoir and Stormwater Treatment Area (RSTA) project in St. Lucie County is part of the Indian River Lagoon–South (IRL-S) restoration program, focused on improving water quality, water supply, and regional flow management through construction of a large aboveground reservoir and treatment system.

H2R provided geotechnical engineering services as a subconsultant to Kimley-Horn in support of intermediate design efforts for the South Florida Water Management District. Services included subsurface exploration, interpretation of existing geotechnical data, seepage modeling, slope stability and settlement analyses, and development of design recommendations for embankments, canals, water control structures, and pump station foundations. H2R also prepared intermediate-level geotechnical reports to support advancement of the project in accordance with District and USACE criteria.
