NAVFAC SE IDIQ Waterfront Projects

H2R provided geotechnical engineering, exploration, and post-award services under a NAVFAC Southeast Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting waterfront and marine infrastructure projects. Work included development of facilities for maintenance and operation of the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) at Blount Island, including berthing wharves, access trestles, lift-launch piers, and associated waterfront infrastructure.

H2R’s services included both land-based and over-water geotechnical exploration, foundation analysis and design, and preparation of Division 31 specifications for earthwork, excavation, and deep foundation systems. Additional task orders included shoreline stabilization and recovery following hurricane damage, pier rehabilitation, and security infrastructure replacement at Naval installations. These efforts supported long-term durability, resiliency, and operational readiness of critical military waterfront facilities.
