Pinellas County Septic to Sewer Program
The Pinellas County Septic to Sewer Program is a federally funded initiative supported by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), focused on expanding wastewater collection infrastructure and reducing reliance on septic systems within the public right-of-way.
H2R provided project management, geotechnical engineering, and design services for the program’s initial phase. Services included subsurface evaluation, preparation of design documents, permitting support, bidding assistance, and post-design services. The project supports long-term environmental improvements and infrastructure modernization for Pinellas County Utilities.
