Rio Nigua Laboratory Audit and Data Evaluation

The Rio Nigua Laboratory Audit project in Salinas, Puerto Rico involved independent evaluation of laboratory testing data to assess quality, consistency, and compliance with ASTM standards for a USACE project. The effort focused on identifying variability and verifying the reliability of test results used for project decision-making.

H2R performed a multi-phase review of laboratory data, including statistical evaluation of 379 test samples using ASTM precision and bias guidelines and quality control review of over 1,500 laboratory test records. Services included development of analysis tools, evaluation of raw data for consistency and procedural compliance, and preparation of a summary report providing interpretation of results and recommendations for use. This work supported validation of laboratory data and ensured confidence in project outcomes.
